Asus z97-e/USB 3.1 bios will not load

OK so I bought the Asus z97-e / USB 3.1 as my first motherboard didn't use it for a couple of months because I was still accumulating the parts for my PC but the bios will not load
I have reset the CMOS many times and tried the other trouble shooting explained in the manual but still nothing I have now Idea what could be wrong do I have a faulty board because everything turns on but the bios what should I do

I'm using a 520w PSU
Intel i5 quad core processor
Radeon HD 5750 graphics card
And 2 gskill ripjaws 8 GB RAM cards

All fans are turning on and my leds but I'm not getting any beep sequences even when I purposely try cause it but it will turn on I can't do a hard shutdown with the power button and then nothing will show up
