I wanna built a little future proof PC.
I wanna play on 1080p with med - max settings. I know... GTX 1070 is meant to be for 4K and 2K but like I said: I want future proof PC.
(If I am gonna buy the first option I am gonna buy better CPU soon as possible.)

I would personally say invest a little more in your case get the 4gb rx480 instead of the 8gb, buy 1 8gb stick off ddr4 ram so you can upgrade later and maybe if you want squeeze an ssd in but that's not too big an issue anyway but overall nice build. ;)

That is nicely balanced build. Should work well now. There is no much sense trying to build future-proof, especially when you are limited by budget. I would instead try to build something with best power/money ratio - and this build is actually very good at this category.
