Ok, I know there's an ass ton of these threads. But my MB is acting up. I posted about this a few months ago and reset my CMOS and it went away. I have a Gigabyte GA-F2A78M-HD2 FM2+ MB.
I overclocked my cpu a few months ago (Athlon x4 860K) by 200MHz and I was having a ton of issues. When monitoring it in AMD OD the multiplier was dropping to x17 from x40 every five seconds an also dropping the voltage. I reset the OC back to normal speeds and it went away. I also am having issues with my GPU, but that may have nothing to do with my MB it might just be the gpu itself. But I have a MSI GTX 960 2GD5T OC and I overclocked it through MSI afterburner and with a custom fan curve that never makes it hotter than 60C while bench marking in Unigine Heaven if i go above +200 on the core clock and +400 on the memory clock I will only get 30 fps max, and if I have an OC at all in BF1 I don't get more than 10 FPS and if I set it back to stock I go back to 30FPS (thats all I have ever managed to achieve in BF1 anyway.) The last issue I have is my USB devices COMPLETELY dropping for about 2 seconds than coming back. I don't know what could be causing this because I even plugged everything into a powered USB hub and it still drops out.
