I'm having the same issue. In bios, its shows that all RAMs are running @1600mhz. In 'memory' tab of 'CPU-Z', also 800mhz. But in 'spd' tab, it shows max bandwith is PC3-10700(667mhz) while the memory rated for PC3-12800(800mhz). And in addition, in the 'performance' tab of 'Windows Task Manager', it shows that the RAMs are running @1333mhz.

My system config is:-
CPU - intel core i7 870 2.93ghz; running at 3.2ghz (bclk 160mhz and ratio 20)
Motherboard - asus p7h55m
RAM - 4x4gb Team Dark DDR3-1600mhz (PC3-12800); CL 9-9-9-24
PSU - Thermaltake Toughpower 450w 80+
