Hey there
I want to send my wifi signals to as far as the antenna TP TL-ANT2424B can send it..
I am kind of new to networking. so I will need some help. Do I have to connect additional device like an extender with my modem which is Tenda D301. The modem has a usb port on which I can put alpha wireless adapter which is connected to mighty TL-ANT2424B antenna.
Right now I have to send my signals to this location

help will be greatly appreciated.

Exactly what are you trying to accomplish?

You need to use parabolic dish APs in pairs for wireless Internet signal use -- you must be able to transmit/receive at each end. What you need is line of sight and a pair of something like THESE or THESE that are excellent outdoor access points, will use POE, and can cross a long distance with either 2.4 or 5Ghz depending on your situation.

If you simply need a better wireless signal in your large yard, a single outdoor omnidirectional AP may be a better alternative.

Right now I have TP-ANT2424B DIrectional antenna with Tenda D301 default ISP router.
I am trying to send my wifi signals to about 400-600 m from my home.
I dont know If i need additional devices to make it work.. like repeaters/AP devices etc
I have an alpha adapter which I used with this antenna for receiving wifi but now I want to send my wifi to someone else.

So the other site is 400-600m and you have line of sight (an unobstructed view)? If so, I would use a pair of the directional outdoor APs linked that would give you the best possible speed and reliability.

Each simply attaches to a router at each end. On the sender end it would be an LAN port connection and if you want the other party isolated from your network they would attach to a WAN port on their router. They would use your gateway address as their WAN address and have their own LAN network range. Like if you are 192.168.0.1 they could be 192.168.1.1.

It is a pretty straightforward network setup and the most difficult part is to aim the two dishes at one another as accurately as possible to minimize signal loss. Best that the two dishes are pole mounted well above ground level.

An omnidirectional antenna is not optimal to specific point at that distance IMO.

actually the problem is there are few buildings between point A and B ... The other end will be using WiFi only for mobile. No computers in there too ...

You likely have no realistic options. You have 2 major issues. First the buildings in the way will absorb large amount of signal and if there are any other wireless sources in those buildings they will be stronger than your signal that is attempting to pass though. Next even if you have clear line of sight you generally need directional antenna on both ends of the connection. Your mobile devices do not have large enough antenna or radios to transmit the signal back.
