Where to start with clean setup?

Greetings. Two years ago i purchased a $300 hp prebuilt. Late 2016, I added a EVGA GTX 1050 ti and a 500w EVGA PSU. The gpu didn't fit through my side panel and i could no longer keep my computer in a traditional tower position, but instead had to lay it down and remove the side panel. I currently have my setup on a small shelf, and there are an immense amount of cables. Most people nowadays are much cleaner, with just a tower and a monitor on the top of my table. How would i start to make everything easier again, where i can finally put my tower on the ground with a closed side panel and have managed cables, etc. I am thinking of getting a new case, but i don't know how to keep the gpu from taking off the mother board when it is in a position where it is against gravity.. i don't know how system builders do that. i also use two power supplies, and my new power supply has many cables I don't use and are all just packed together right outside the case. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

i3-4170, GTX 1050 ti, motherboard has no info anywhere in the internet because it's from a up prebuilt. I use 2 PSU because the pre built came with a Slimline 80W psu, and that certainly wasn't enough for the GPU upgrade. i don't know what you mean by that last half.

i ask you to post a picture of the gpu seated on motherboard on the bracjket part an d one from the back plate holder in side the case also what is the name of that pre build model since you could maybe do something else to use only 1 psu in and remove the low power one .

your sentence seems very confusing. i do not know what a back plate holder is. the prebuild model is HP-410-010 Slimline. since it is a slimline model there is no way that my new psu will fit into the case. also, there are a few cables in the hp slimline psu that are not present in my new one and if i dont have those then the pc isn't very functional, including a few motheboard cables.

My current PC doesnt use any case fans, I just have a cpu and gpu fan, but I might be able to. Newegg purchasing probably isn't possible for me. Even if I get a new case, the GPU would continue to fall out.

but you just gave me the name of the motherboard? what??
In system information under BaseBoard model, it is labeled as "Not available"
I have always seen things like this when looking for motherboard info in the past. Seems like HP likes to keep all their things private and closed in.

did look back to all the video there is not much you could do without modding the side panel since hp use proprietary connector on there board specialy the fromt panel try to find a way to get a panel with riser on to put the psu on it and with pipe spacer to fit it over the case that will let a free space between panel and case so air could flow in even if you dont have case fans .

So your motherboard is kind of odd, it's a MicroAtx form factor, but cut down to Mini-ITX size, so any computer case that is MicroAtx Compatible will fit your motherboard. (Mini ITX has a slightly different screw layout, so your motherboard won't fit in Mini-ITX only cases)

Any of these computer cases will fit your motherboard, GPU, and 500w EVGA PSU.

You don't need 2 PSUs, you just need a case that fits your parts properly.
GPUs are secured in normal cases with screws on the expansion slots on the case. so the case can be vertical.
You'll have to remove all the parts from the current case, and then essentially, build a new computer, watch the following video to see how it's down:

You are saying that I could get any MicroAtx case and secure it with this?

On this case I had (i forgot what) but I did something to take that metal out, otherwise my GPU didnt fit in.

Yes, any Microatx case that isn't a SLIM case (it will likely have that in the model if it is, those are pretty rare outside of prebuilts like yours) will be able to properly mount a GPU, it's not a rare thing at all. If you watch the video I linked, it covers building a PC, and installing a GPU is actually incredibly simple part of that.

When you buy computer cases, they also come with all the screws you need as well to attach the motherboard, PSU and GPU. The only ones they won't come with would be case fan screws, as those would come with case fans, but you probably don't have any of those worth transferring anyways.

Ah then they're to front panel USB connectors for the case you have currently. Looks like your motherboard probably doesn't support front panel USB 3.0 so when choosing a case, make sure it doesn't have USB 3.0 ports on the front panel. (because you won't be able to use them)

That doesn't exactly make sense to me. When I buy a MicroATX case and i will remove the old PSU, will i not be able to use USB 1,2, or 3 ports on the front anymore? (And what about the back as in the motherboard?)

The back is separate. It's functionality won't change.
Many cases have USB ports in the front, but newer cases have USB 3.0 ports (higher speed, and different connector), but less modern cases will still have USB 2.0 ports in the front. Those ones will be able to be plugged into the motherboard.
Here, these are all MATX cases, without USB 3.0, and also no PSU (since you already have one):

I haven't heard very good reviews from the apevia trooper type deal. I tend to just go with what I know, coolermaster, fractal design, corsair, etc. I also see bad reviews on the azza. Can any of you find a case, preferably with a visible LED case fan and maybe even a side panel (although I don't care about side panels too much)?
