Hello guys,
I have just purchased new PC and I have an issue. After turning PC on I'm not getting anything on the screen, speaker makes 1 long and 2 short beeps and repeats them. Configuration is:
Asus Prime z270-p
Intel i5 7600k
Kingston Hyperx Savage 2666Mhz 2x8GB
Gigabyte GeForece GTX 1060 Windforce 6GB
As I have found out this speaker signals on asus boards indicate some memory problem. Since I tried both of the memory sticks in each slot (1 by 1 and in pair), it seems like it might be some problem with motherboard. I would like a second opinion. Is there any other option, something that I could oversee? Also, checked cables from PSU and I connected everything the way it should be. Also, maybe one more important thing. Few seconds after the PC was powered on, GPU fan stops rotating (guess that's because BIOS never powers it on, but maybe I am wrong about that).
Sorry for long post and probably not so good English. Thank you
