Sometimes the out-of-memory error is more directly tied to RAM than storage space, where the installer would be most likely to complain.
Is it the installer complaining about storage space? If it is you may need to clear off/uninstall stuff you aren't using, especially if you have no plans on touching it again.
If it is the OS issuing the error when you are trying to start the game... You should probably check, under the advanced settings in System Performance, the size of the page file. If it is too small (and Microsoft isn't automatically controlling the size) you can easily get that error. One other thing you can do to help too, is not run anything else in the background when you go to play that game... Close the browser and any unnecessary apps and processes.
