Only happens after i login,

It worked amazing until i tried updating the graphics driver
I heard there is an issue with these cards specificaly related to driver updates
When i login i can cntrl alt del and use running processes to open file locations and even browse internet or play games but the whole screen is black, no taskbar no nothing
