Hi, I have an optiplex 760 mini tower with a q9650 cpu.
QUESTION 1
Will a zotac gtx 1050/1050 ti mini fit in the pc? I know that the card will fit in lengthways and sideways but the card only uses a single bracket but the specs say it covers 2 brackets. My pc only supports 1 bracket so does anyone know if it will fit?
QUESTION 2
If I have one of these gpu's in my system, how much will my cpu (q9650) bottleneck the gpu? Thanks!

Solution
From a quick google search i can see 3 low-profile expansion bays on the rear of the case. Since you didnt specify, im assuming all 3 of these bays are unused. The 1050 mini will take up 2 low profile (or full size depending on which bracket you use) so that card will fit leaving you with one low profile bay left. Just use the low profile bracket included with the card.

"Card fits sideways and lengthways" (??) The card will only go in one way.
Bottleneck will be present, due to the cpu being pretty darn old and will be noticeable compared to if you were using a modern cpu but its nothing to fret over
