Whats wrong with the one I have? If there is a problem with it, should I get the evga 500w w1 80+ white?

it's crap, literally a tin can. not made for gaming setups or to be put under high loads at all
it is not a real 500w unit

evga w1 is bad

look a the list

Ok its just that im surprised the motherboard has nothing to do with it is it not that its a pci 2.0 motherboard and that the graphics card is a pci 3.0

Thank you i think I will get that power supply and would it matter if I got a 620w power supply? Would it effect anything? Damage anything? And I have extra money to spend could I get a Corsair CS Series, CS650M, 650 Watt (650W), Semi Modular Power Supply, 80+ Gold Certified Sorry last question! How do I get to the bios screen? I've only seen it once and that was when the pc almost died from a power surge! and i was turning it back on

I have about a hundred bucks to spend on the psu and I going to upgrade the pc over time so I don't want to get a crappy psu. I want to get a psu that will last for a long time and has plenty of power like what you mentioned SeaSonic

Yes, and the 550 watt model is fine for your system for a RX 460 card. 550 is enough for any card aside from maybe the top of the line cards.
