Hello
I have overclocked my cpu
after 2 days the frequency jumps between 3 number ...4100-4040-4080MHZ
it makes lag in some games .hmmm how to get it stable at 4100mhz ??
Thank you !

Solution
This is simply your cpu clocking up and down to complete various tasks in the most efficient way. If there is an intensive task, it clocks up to complete it quicker. When the cpu clocks down, this is called "idle", where the cpu isnt really doing much just doing os processes etc. When doing more intesive work like google chrome (for some reason) it clocks up, this is called " under load" it wont cause lag in games, if it does then the overclock you have applied was not stable but if this was the case you would get crashes and over heats and overclock failure bios prompts. Its normal for the cpu to fluctuate clock speeds, mine does all the time, runs at 107% freq one minute and 95% the next
