short answer no, reasons, Dell doesn't use K series chips on their desktops. i.e. 7500K is overclock able, 7500 is not.
besides even if you swapped the CPU in there for a K series CPU, I would not recommend overclocking anything on a Dell PC,. the motherboard and PSu are not designed to take that stress on VRM nor PSU .
