Hey Guys,
so I want to plug my computer into the modem via Ethernet cable. In the back where I plug the cable in an orange lights pop up, when I'm assuming it should be green. I tried to update the driver in Device Manager but there was no drivers found. My device status says the following:
"The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)
There is no driver selected for the device information set or element.
To find a driver for this device, click Update Driver."
I'm not to sure what else I can do, I'm no computer genius so I was wondering if any of you could help me. If you need anymore information that I left out just reply.
