Cloning 500GB hard Drive to 2TB RAID 5 array

SO I have a 500Gb WD hard drive with all my data on it. I recently set up a RAID 5 array on the same pc and would like to clone my primary drive to the array. Can this be done? If so how, I've tried a ton of stuff and nothing has worked, from easeUS todo and other cloning software. Any ideas would be much appreciated, thanks

That's what I've been attempting to use, but all I ever get is an error that my sectors on the partition are non-compatible, any ideas would be very much appreciated
