Is this a bottleneck issue? Or other issues could be possible?

I have upgraded my GPU from an HD 7750 to a GTX 960. I have 4gb ram and and i5 3330 CPU.

I think performance was more stable when I was playing games with my HD 7750 compared to the GTX 960 (Almost Same SETTINGS). Is there a possibility that the ram is bottlenecking my GPU?
(I will be upgrading my ram to 8gb soon but ddr3s are pricey right now)

Or do I need any BIOS updates? (To unlock the whole performance of my CPU and GPU) because I've seen some Bios updates from the mobo's website but there are no instructions from them on how to do it. I have a FOXCONN H61MXE-V Mobo

Or is there a problem with my PSU? I have a Cooler Master Elite V2 500W.

Please help me! Thanks in advance.

Yes , I uninstalled the old drivers and installed the new ones before restarting.
After uninstalling the old drivers, it required me to shutdown the computer but I installed the new drivers first before restarting the pc. would that be a problem?

The only REAL BOTTLENECK ISSUE in computers is located between output and input.
If you want people to help, you have to describe what is the problem in your opinion. with FPS, CPU temperature and usage, GPU temperature and usage numbers and titles for games.
