New XPS 13 connected but no internet on one network only. Where to next?

Recieved new XPS 13. Set-up on work network, no issues. Turned on at home, connected fine but no interenet, all other devices working fine.
Tried the obvious but as it works fine at work and is a brand new system was able to eliminate several possibilities... ipv4/ipv6 settings, proxy, adaptor, DNS cache. Pinged the gateway and public DNS from problem network successfuly.
Home Network set-up: TP-Link Archer VR2600 modem/router. Plusnet fibre. 5Ghz/2.4Ghz (tried both). The killer network adaptor connects succesfully, the router is assigning the ip address succesfully, the router is connected to the internet succesfully, tried turning firewall off temporarily.. still no internet, reset the whole network... still no interent. Connected to my mobiles hotspot at home... works fine.
Does anyone have any ideas? Who should I contact first... Dell or TP-Link?#
Any help would be appreciated.

Solved. Compatibility issue between the newer Killer wireless adapter and my TP-Link VR2600. Engineer came out and swapped card to intels 8260. Thank for the excellent service Dell.
