hi all, let me know please that i suppose to upgrade my pc memory, currenctly im having 4.0GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 668MHz (9-9-9-24),
so im gonna add more 12gb, if i will go with high frequency than 668MHz, would it work with my current memory?

That's actually 1333 MHz memory. Whether it would work or not with old memory ?? Well it depends but your best chances is to look for memory with same frequency and latency.
