I'm trying to get my hands on my first PC, i'm a first time builder but I know a bit about PC components and putting them together. The PC i'm thinking about making is a Mini-ITX, just because I don't want a huge pc. I wanted to know if these parts were compatible with each other and what parts I have to switch out. The games i'm currently playing are: TF2, CS:GO and some single-player games. Once I get this build, I'm planning on playing Overwatch, Bioshock and other heavy games I have on my steam library.

The parts are:
CPU: Intel Core i5-6500 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor
I thought this was a really good all around cpu and it fits my budget. Unfortunately, I haven't seen this card in any store i've been in.

MOBO: ASRock H110M-ITX/ac Mini ITX LGA1151 Motherboard
The mobo is the one i'm having the hardest time choosing. I don't think I should cheap out on this(?) The other options I have are: Msi Z170i/AsRock H110i/ Gigabyte GA-H170N-WIFI ITX/
I've only seen Z mobos, but idk much about overclocking so I dont think I should get this type;
But again, the parts heavily depend on if they sell it here or not.

MEMORY Kingston HyperX Fury Black 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-2133 Memory
I saw this when I was finding PC parts, it's low profile so i think it's good. I'm not sure if I need 16gb or 8gb

STORAGE: Western Digital Caviar Blue 320GB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
I'm not sure if this will fit the case? I didn't really put too much thought into what storage i wanted to use. I guess I will decide on this later on.

GPU Asus Radeon RX 480 4GB Dual Video Card / ASUS DUAL GTX 1060 6GB
I can't really decide between the two, originally I wanted the RX480 but I couldn't find
it in the stores i've been in. All i've seen were GTX graphic cards.

CASE Thermaltake Core V1 Snow Edition Mini ITX Tower Case
It's a cheap case but it looks pretty good and I heard it's quite spacious too.

PSU Corsair CXM 450W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply
I chose this because I'm planning on having clean cable management, I don't have that much knowledge about PCI-e's and etc

I currently do not have a budget since i'm planning on saving for it. But I guess it would be around USD 600-700, nothing more but nothing less as well. Most of the parts I can buy will really depend on if they sell it here or not. I'm from the PH, so most parts are unavailable, and mini-itx parts are very difficult to find as well. (I went around the other day finding mini-itx parts and all I could find was an MSI z170i MOBO) I'm going for a Black and White build and once I've got the right parts and assembled it; i will add led

Are the parts I chose compatible with each other? I need help on choosing a MOBO and PSU. Since it's a mini-itx I want to have adequate cable management and I want a good mobo but enough to fit the price range.I don't think i'm going to overclock, and I don't want to spend extra for an i5-6600, unless I can't find it. What I'm afraid of is frying the mobo because of an incompatible part and the parts not fitting the case- I really need someone to guide me on this.

Sorry for this long block of text, but I wanted to provide as much info as possible. But thank you!

Solution
I have the same case (well similar, it is the Thermaltake Suppressor F1) so hopefully I can help a bit.

CPU: First of all I would look at the i5 7500 CPU as it probably costs similar to the 6500 and has better performance.

MOBO: Looks ok, you are right don't worry about a Z motherboard with the CPU you have chosen. Again, look at the new motherboards (H270 & B250) if going for the 7500.

MEMORY: It depends what you are doing with your PC, I went for 16gb but DDR4 RAM is going up in price so it depends on your budget.

STORAGE: I would recommend getting a SSD for the OS and programs but again this depends on budget. If going for a HDD I would get a large capacity one for storage and then add a SSD later down the line.

GPU: The RX480...

GPU: The RX480 is a good GPU for 1080p 60hz, what monitor do you plan to use with the PC?

CASE: No problems with this case.

PSU: 450W is ok but there are better ones you can get. I would try and get a Seasonic low wattage one.

Have a look at this I put together, https://pcpartpicker.com/list/dkD3vV

A little over budget but not by much. What OS do you want to use with this PC, don't forget you will need to buy a copy of Windows if that is what you plan to use.
