especially when many usb peripherals connected. red screen of death, no message. i suspect hardware but do not possess the knowledge needed to isolate the component/components. please help.
specs: i5-5675c
16 GB RAM
AMD R9 390
mother: h97m plus
psu: Antec Basiq 400w

A 400w PSU is not enough for that card, i would recommend getting atleast a 700w for that card. Also is the build new or old? An old build could suggest that something else is the cause such as a bad driver, but either way i would still get a new PSU as 400w isnt enough at all
