Laptop with 24 GB RAM installed now says it has only 8GB RAM Installed

So I have a ASUS ZenBook Pro UX501VW-XS74T that came with 24 GB RAM DDR4, At first BIOS and windows said it had 24 GB Installed, but now it says it has only 8 GB Installed.
Windows 10
CPU-Z Says that I have one memory slot with a 16 GB DDR4 Memory, single channel
Any ideas?

Sry. I am new on this, do u mean taking out the RAM cards and placing them back again?
CPU-Z Says that I have one memory slot with a 16 GB DDR4 Memory, single channel
