Native Resolution 16:9?

My monitor is a 16:10 Tv, in the changing resolution pannel it says that the native resolution is 1366x768p, but it looks extended up and high and when you change the resolution to 1280x768p it looks perfect and without any problem of flattening. That really annoy me because I love to play CS:GO and I'm trying to put black bars to get more fps and more vision in game, and when you put black bars in the Nvidia control pannel it looks extended because there's an issue in the native resolution. Please I need help! It could be a problem in the connector? I use VGA. Or maybe a problem with any old driver? I don't know.

Solution
If it's really 16:10 then it should be 1280x800, not 1366x768 or 1280x768.

1280x768 should look pretty good on a 1280x800 screen, with just small black bars at the top and bottom. If that doesn't work, maybe you could try DSR and set eg. 1440x900 or 1680x1050, which should downsample well.

Of course if the actual native resolution of the display is something else then the solution may lie elsewhere.
