Your Athlon dual core and gtx 650 should be more than enough for 720p gaming.

If you are going upgrade your pc, you might as well upgrade your resolution/monitor first.

My gtx 650 is crying because her master made her run at 1440p. :>

Important factors are simply:
- It has to be a B250M motherboard, doesn't actually matter which one.
