I just started playing Battlefield 1. Last 2 days 2 separate times my tv want into red, yellow, blue and black "solid colors rotating. Before that when I would turn my computer on it would say " the previous overclock settings have failed and have been reset to default" it has been doing this for a couple weeks. I never have overclocked anything. And now my computer won't give a signal with and graphics card I have, hdmi and vga/dvi. I have unplugged and replugged a dozen times, I have switched memory slots, I have blown out dust. I have done everything I can think of, can anyone help? Thanks. I have taken out the cmos battery and tried to reset and nothing. I can get a screen on anything

Solution
If you have all power connected properly, your card may just be dead, or maybe the fan is unplugged. There should be a fan header on the video card for the fan on it, make sure that is plugged in. For the power supply connections to the motherboard and case, you need to follow the manual from those.

I would also re-do the heatsink on the CPU with new thermal paste.

Is that a Cyberpower system? You should replace the power supply first but it may be a failed video card. Could have happened because of the low quality power supply. Seasonic SII12 are good models that are selling pretty cheap, many have rebates that bring them down to budget prices for a good PSU.

I found out my BIOS A was corrupted and so I switched to B, downloaded to USB and flashed A. I am now back on A with full input. BUT I have a problem still. It seems like my main GPU is overheating "fans aren't running one second and then running another". The other card I have in it atm has been getting really hot and then cooling down. Everything on CPUID seems fine but something is wrong 150%, I really hope it is my GPU and not my mobo or CPU. Any help would be appreciated.... And Yes it is CyberPower

Update: 4th picture is when Wow is up and everything just flat lines. My entire computer just runs extremely slow

UpDate 2: Computer Froze, was able to get it to go to the restart screen but stayed on that screen until I had to manually shut it down

Ok, I will buy a power supply today. Do you think maybe the CMOS battery is going bad or is bad

It would be better than your current one but not the best one for the price. I suggest you get something online, better price and quality than from BestBuy.

This one for a non-modular https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151094&cm_re=seasonic_s12ii-_-17-151-094-_-Product

This one for modular (less cables hanging around, cleaner build) https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151093

If you really can't order online for some reason and wait a few days, then the EVGA you picked is OK. Average quality but aside from spending $100 at Best Buy it's the best you will get there for the price.

Would be a good idea to check, you want to see if it's the card or something else. Test the card in another system, see if yours runs without the card.

The PSU is a good idea to swap out no matter what, but you want to make sure nothing else is an issue.

Ok, I have the computer running. The fans on the graphic card still isn't running. I open BF1 and FPS still jumps. When I hooked up this new Supply I would hook up the Perif cable to where I would think it would go and the motherboard wouldn't even turn on at all. When I unplugged it, the motherboard would turn on. I was plugging it into the Supercharger JPWR3 on the motherboard.

I did a reinstall on windows and have everything updated. My GtX' fans still aren't running and it's hot as hell. I can input but it's very hot. Everything else seems to be running smoothly. I have not downloaded any games yet though. How can I do a stress test to see how everything runs?
