Best air cooler for oc

Hi guys. What air cooler is the best (in your opinion) for cooling an overclocked i5 7600k at like 4.9 ghz or under at a resonable price.. I have a budget and I can't afford anything ...you know...

Noctua NH-D15 is probably the best. At least multiple professional review sites seem to think so. Although the big air coolers are all very close so the Cryorig R1 Ultimate and Be Quiet! Dark Rock Pro 3 would also make excellent choices.

For more budget oriented models. The Cryorig H5 Universal and Ultimate are good choices. Due to the heatsink size. Sometimes the H5 Ultimate fan gets in the way of RAM slots. The slimmer H5 Universal is the more compatible choice. It still offers excellent cooling.
