though easy enough to export the profile and save it somewhere

obviously you need cue to change the default lighting but the default lighting is shit red and pink with some blue and some of the keys are deactivated by default would rather have RGB as the dafault as i hate that colour scheme as it shows before you log in or when swapping computers and so on so that the software is not needed for the custom lighting you mentioned saving the profiles the only place i want to save them is on the keyboard
corsair is even releasing RGB RAM with onboard storage

yeah its peculiar i cant see save to the keyboard
its common enough for mice to have onboard memory
but unless theres something in the cue software i missed it doesnt look like the keyboard does
guess i will have to take another look in cue as once i got mine set the way i like it havent played about with it any more

found a save to device tab
i assume device means the keyboard
though clicking it doesnt give any option like profile 1,2,3,4 etc
so guessing it may save 1 profile to the keyboard
but would have to connect the keyboard to another pc to tell
