Hello guys,I don't know why i'm getting low fps on league of legends some time ago i will get like 130-200 fps constantly and in team fights aswell but now idk why even in lane im having like 89-100 and it seems so laggy to me.This problem is persisting even after i've installed windows again.I tought that my windows 8.1 is the problem and i upgraded to 10 i see a little improve like i said still 89-100 and some time ago i had like 130-200.I will list my specs below, maybe i need an upgrade.
P.S:Im playing on medium setting 1080 res,without shadows,anti-aliasing off, vsync off, frames unccaped,character inking off.I have installed just the drivers and the game.On windows 8.1 i was getting like 70-90 bouth windowses where at 64 bits.Thank you for the help.Sorry for my bad english.

Video Card NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 Ti GDDR5 128,(my dx diag has that i have like 6104 aprox video memory but i actually have 4Gb,2Gb dedicated)
RAM 8.0 GB DDR3 1333Mhz
