Hard to say.
You'll most certainly need to replace the PSU.
DDR4 2400 is pretty slow by todays standards, you should easily be able to get 3200 with 14 or 15 CAS/CL
How is the storage?
Because of the fact that you'll need to spend money to get up to spec - it is almost always better to build your own. The only place you're saving decent money is the Operating System, but on a build of this caliber that small OS cost doesn't offset the cost of the PSU, RAM, and storage.

Ok so right now that deal is gone. Honestly anything i get will be better than what i have. I have a 2010 iMac hand-me-down.
I am going to build a computer on iBuyPower because I don't have experience in building computers and it is a major gift for me so i don't want to screw it up. Could you put together a computer with a i7-7700k and a 1080ti? I appreciate so much.(Anyone can put a i7-7700k 1080ti build down in this thread!
