I am trying to re-install windows 10 after I started to have problems with booting my laptop. Because of the total size it says "Windows can't be installed on this drive." What can I do, I need to get this PC fixed

The .INI file should be part of the driver package, but I bet the actual .sys files are embedded in the exe. You could maybe talk to Samsung support, and see if they have uncompressed drivers for use in a floppy style controller driver install. Just explain to them what you need, and they may even be able to send you a zip with the proper files you could use for installation.

Click on Custom Install, and then in the drives section click on delete to clean off the partitions, and once the disk is nothing but free space, select that drive. If you are unable to see that stuff, get your hands on a bootable linux distro, boot off the CD, and run gparted to clean off the disk partitions. Or, you can put that drive into a windows machine, launch an administrative command prompt, and clean the disk off with diskpart utility.

I had a virus in my computer, so I did a reset by selecting "clean the disk." Before that I've done a reset with a recovery drive, so maybe that's why the driver doesn't appear. I mean "clean the drive" deletes everything that didn't come with the computer, right?

Clean the drive usually just deletes the partition where windows was installed, and allows the recovery partition to boot up and perform a fresh install. I have seen a lot of laptop manufacturers require the user to create recovery disks themselves instead of providing the disks with computers. You're likely running into partitioning issues.

So I tried to fix this with command prompt.
This is what I did:
diskpart
list disk
select disk 0
detail disk (I'm seeing that there are no volumes)
clean
create partition primary (This is what it says: )
DiskPart has ecountered an error: The system cannot find the file specified.
See the System Event Log for more information.

Is disk 0 the actual disk you wanted to clean??? How many disks were listed when you did the disk list command? You ran it from an administrative command prompt correct?

Yes disk 0 is the actual disk. There were 2 disks, but the other one was my USB. And yes, it ran it from an administrative command prompt.

OK whew! You had me worried for a sec when you said you cleaned disk 0. Usually that's the running OS disk. But since you booted from USB that's ok.
After you do the clean command, you should be able to get into the Windows setup and select that disk as the installation location.
If the disk still doesn't show up there, go into your BIOS and see what mode your controller is in. IDE, AHCI, etc.
You also may have to download drivers for the MB / Storage from your manufacturer and load the storage controller driver with F6 before selecting the install location.

In BIOS I see that the controller is in AHCI.
My laptop is Samsung ATIV Book 4 and the model code is NP470R5E-K01UB
These are the websites I could find, but I'm not really sure about what to download

Changing the mode doesn't help. I downloaded a zip file named "Intel Rapid Storage" there are 2 .exe files, 1 .ini file and a .txt in it. I can run them but the laptop I'm using to solve the problem is a Lenovo laptop so I don't know how to extract the drivers. What should I do at this point?
