What's the shortest (in length) GTX 1080, or more preferably, 1080 Ti?

It's time for me to upgrade my external graphics card on one of my PC's (Intel Core i7 3770 | 32GB (4 x 8GB) Kingston Hyper X DDR 3 1600 XMP | eVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti | ASUS P8Z77 V LE PLUS) to pump out more pixels (GP/s), and textures (GT/s). The only limitation I have is size. The case I'm using is a "Cooler Master 311 Elite" I only have room for a 9 1/2 to 10 inch graphics card, max, before I start to run into trouble. However I want a top-of-the-tier GPU with as much GDDR5 as possible. Which are the most powerful cards I can choose between to stuff in a limited (i.e. confined) space?

How long is th iCX SC2 with this part Number: 11G-P4-6593? The one in the middle here: http://www.evga.com/articles/01092/evga-geforce-gtx-1080-ti/

UPDATE: Nevermind found it: 10.5 inch ( http://www.evga.com/products/product.aspx?pn=11G-P4-6593-KR )

Shortest GTX 1080 (that I know of) is this:

Zotac GTX 1080 Mini ZT-P10800H-10P (at 211mm or 8.3")

Actually, size is not your only limitation, but also in the *possibility* of bottlenecking the performance of a very powerful GPU with your locked i7, especially in CPU-demanding games. With an i7-3770, it is *possible* that you *may* encounter *some* bottlenecking *depending on the game* using a GTX 1080 or 1080 Ti.

On a GTX 1070, the chances are still there but slightly lesser. For spatial purposes (clearance in your case), there are some GTX 1070s available with a single fan design (unlike in the GTX 1080 where all are dual or triple fans), and some GTX 1070 with dual fan that are relatively shorter in length. Here are some models that would definitely fit your space clearance:

Gigabyte GTX 1070 Mini ITX OC (at 167mm or 6.6")
Msi GTX 1070 AERO ITX 8G OC (at 175mm or 6.9")
Msi GTX 1070 AERO ITX 8G (at 175mm or 6.9")
Galax GTX 1070 OC Mini (at 195mm or 7.7")
Zotac GTX 1070 Mini ZT-P10700G-10M (at 210mm or 8.27")
Asus GTX 1070 Dual OC 8G (at 240mm or 9.45")

First of all, I would like to thank you for your diligent research into the 1070's. However I want a "top-tier" GPU, and I prefer eVGA for their rock solid stability. If you know another brand name that stands behind their products like eVGA does, do let me know.

Second, I'm willing to reroute some cables to make a 10.5in fit if that's ALL it needs, and not a mm more, for power cables or anything else protruding from the card.

Thanks Again!
