Alright so Im fairly new to overclocking and I literally just boosted the clock speed like like 300, i dont know if that was a lot and when i pressed confirm it froze so i turned it off. It was only a couple seconds so i dont know how i could have harmed it already but now when i boot windows loads up and then i sign in and like right when my desktop loads up my moniter goes like gray and my other monitor goes tan. What have i done, and should i start making my noose?

When you OC you have to take Baby steps. Bump up by just 5Mhz on the bus clock, see if it's stable, go up a little more till it becomes unstable. Fiddle with voltages (only go up by the smallest increments possible) until it's stable again, and your temps are still ok.
Stress test Adjust repeat.
