Is this a good bargain or can I find something better even if its a little more money?!

Friend of mine has upgraded his pc and is offering to sell me an Asus z97-A/3.1 board for $80. Seems they retail for $119 to $129. Is this a good deal or should look at a different manufacturer? I do plan to overclock my i5-4690 with it as well. Thoughts?

Its a very nice board had it 17 months I've upgraded many times adding hardware on the MB no problems it has a M.2 socket on board but only x2 so I got a card for pci-e with my Samsung 950 pro installed on card now running x4 on boot up its faster. My benchmarks are running very nice but I do have a I7-4790k cpu.

Thanks for the reply @howiewowie! I have since had some changes. I now have a Gigabyte GA-z97x-UD3H-BK ($80) and an i7 4770k which I plan to overclock so we will see how that goes :)

my 4790k is running @4.6 GHz have run it up to 4.8 but just didn't like the over voltage, running smooth where I have it set and not worried about cpu life. Good luck hope you do well and have fun OCing.
