Hey all, I'm looking into a new keyboard, got a mouse and headset already. I was using the Blackwidow ultimate Tourney ed. until just yesterday, when I sold it to upgrade after several years. I've heard and noticed personally that Razer products have been on the decline with their quality, I guess that their reign is over, but I have seen the Ornata around and the keys are surprisingly attractive, to me at least. The med profile seems nice but I dont have the opportunity to actually use one full on until I make the purchase, and another competitor that caught my eye was the Logitech Orion g810, very similar in looks to the blackwidow that I'm used to and the same higher profile fully mechanical keys (as opposed to the hybrid on the Ornata).

I'm definitely open to any other suggestions, but that's what I've got available to me in my town. Another thing is that I don't want to be spending a stupid amount of cash for a keyboard. The blackwidow was about 120-130, and I would like to stay in that range give or take a bit, but definitely no more than 150$. The Ornata fits nicely into the budget with such a low pricetag, but again I'm not completely sold on the hybrid keys just based on the single key that you can press while it's in the box. Anything you guys have is appreciated.

You can always look at the various amounts of reviews of the Ornata on YouTube (The reviews are generally positive towards the keys). If you like the Orion (~114 USD), the Corsair Red-Backlit K70 Rapidfire (~100USD) or the more expensive Corsair K65 RGB Rapidfire (~140USD) may be more appealing options with the new Cherry MX Speed switches if you're into that. http://pcpartpicker.com/products/compare/QXyxFT,qTnG3C/
