i5 7400 Stock Cooler Included?

Solution
Yep, and you'll also want to download the Asus software (find the EXACT site for this motherboard) so you can adjust the FAN PROFILE to minimize noise.

1) BIOS should setup a basic profile
2) once Windows boots then any software profile you setup kicks in
3) CORETEMP is useful software. Run a demanding program like HANDBRAKE to convert video and use 75degC as the maximum (when CPU is about 100% used for several minutes).

Prime95 is sometimes used but it runs much hotter than normal programs do, even Handbrake when "100%" used.

4) I'd change the GPU if still possible though:

The GTX1050Ti is more money, but in addition to the extra 25% performance it also has 4GB of video memory. 2GB is starting to be a problem; it's okay if you know how to tweak game settings (currently) but for a few like GTA5 it can cause massive stuttering if you need more than 2GB as it starts buffering to the main drive.
