Your A10 will bottleneck the 1060, so you should be ok. You won't run into vram issues.
However, I highly highly recommend you go with a RX 480 4GB. Currently the 3GB frame buffer isn't enough for most games, even at 1080P. Plus the RX 480 4GB is cheaper.
So if you get a more powerful CPU in the future, the RX 480 4GB will give you better performance overall.

Where do you live? Strange that it's more expensive.
Either way, definitely go for whichever is cheaper.
in the philippines, its around $40 higher and no free doom cd either.. frggin middlemen %$^$.. I guess it has to do with the bitcoin theory or that everyone here has a red fetish thinking that their GPU has a dual graphic feature with the APU.
