All right so I just fresh reinstalled windows 8.1 The whole installation process went smoothly until I actually got onto the main desktop for the first time and noticed that I didn't have any drivers installed so I went to my device manager and tried updating my lan driver. After that happened I immediately got the black screen of death attempted execute of no execute memory error. I can only boot into safe mode I cannot boot into safe mode Networking. I have tried uninstalling my video adapter driver and also ethernet driver. I restarted my PC after each of those. I've tried a clean boot I have also tried to install drivers via USB although I cannot access USB in my safe mode I have tried accessing my USB through control panel but I cannot access the control panel. I have no Internet connection on my computer although I do have a secondary computer that I may access if needed to transfer documents. I have research this for over an hour and a half with still no solution . This is not a ram problem it is most likely a driver situation that I am stuck with . My computer was working perfectly fine until I reinstalled windows 8.1 . I reinstalled windows 8.1 through an iso if that helps. I would greatly appreciate any help thank you for your comments . I will be updating you if I find any new information or if I test any new solutions.

There are no other applications or any startup processes for this computer since i just reinstalled windows freshly. Its probably a problem with drivers but im not sure how to fix them.

one option might be to take hdd out of PC and put it in 2nd PC and copy the drivers you need onto a folder on the hdd, then put drive back in original PC and install them (this is a work around that works for win 7 installs so might help here)

event 41 just means PC restarted and windows isn't sure why. It isn't the cause, its just a reaction.

I once again fresh installed windows and got pretty far into the drivers but when i come across the 802.11ac WLAN adapter , i try to install the drivers as that is the reason i cannot connect to the internet. Then i get the same BSOD error. Hopefully that is the pinpoint and I have tried running other driver install software but i cannot fully install because of the no internet connection.
