Couple of things: I don't know what motherboard they put in because bestbuy helpfully does not put it in their product descriptions, I substituted one that would be good for the build. I used air instead of liquid as it's not a k SKU processor and thus there is literally no point to move to water. Air will be more than sufficient for your build and more reliable than a cheap AIO. Keep in mind that with this you are not getting a mouse nor a keyboard.

Not enough details in the specifications to find each component, but I would guess-timate around $1200 to build it yourself.

Went with an aio just to be equal, but I did put a gold psu which isn't far in price vs the other guys' psus. The psu cyberpower uses is a no name and should be avoided. Genthug is missing a dvd drive and the hdd is 5400rpm. Wolfshadw is missing a cooler.

Keep in mind the things that k1114 said, I did overlook a few things.

Seems like the Z170-A Pro came in around $120-130. However it also seems like everyone is currently fresh out of them as well. So, if we want apples to apples then it's going to be $120 on the motherboard. But, a Z series chipset is going to be wasted on this hardware.
