How much louder are blower style coolers than aftermarket? Normally i wouldn't consider a reference cooler but with an aftermarket it would blow air straight down into the case, where my dual 120 mm fans would be blowing air up, as intake. Seems silly for that to happen....but i've heard reference coolers are a lot louder.

Blower will always be loud. Its the simple issue of having a small fan. Blowers may also have a small exhaust. For after market coolers, look at the fins to see where the air will flow. Not all of them flow the same way. Also ambient temperatures from the GPU venting into the case should not be too much of an issue with that case. The hottest component will be the GPU and once its exhausted, the temperature drops dramatically.
