Computer shutting off, then turns back on. No memory dump, no hint as to why.

My computer will just shut off for no reason. It will then try to restart. Sometimes it will reboot, others it will go into a restart cycle. Shutting it off for about five seconds will often let it boot. Then it will do it again around a half hour later. It use to be about every four hours. I removed a USB extender card and it stopped crashing for a few days. Then it started it again and this time more often.

There is no memory dump. It will sometimes damage Windows 10 but it repairs itself. I've shut off most of the USB devices at one time and it will still crash. It will often do small damage to configure files of programs that are open. (Elder Scrolls Online)

If I let it run overnight it will not shut down. It will crash when I'm doing something. It will mostly shut down when I'm playing Elder Scrolls Online but there are times I just open a web browser and it will crash. Last week it went three days of use without crashing. Then it started crashing every half hour on Saturday.

I'm ready to replace the video card and power supply but the randomness of the crash does not really point me on that direction.

I'm totally stumped. Every time I think I have it fixed, updated drivers, removing a card, disconnecting a USB hub, cleaning it seems to make it work, then it will start crashing again. It is connected to a new uninterruptible power supply. None of the other devices connected to the power supply shut off. (modem, monitor, router and external hard drives.)

The confusing thing is no memory dump and the instance reboot. HELP.
