If you buy anything over a GTX 1060 with the i5 4440 you will be bottlenecked at 1080p as this resolution is heavily CPU bound. Your current 970 will perform a little worse than the 1060. Buying a 1070 or higher along with an older i5 is only worthwhile if you have an overclockable CPU. However, I would recommend upgrading to an i5 7600k, selling your 970 and buying a 1070 or a 1080.

hi abhitheboss thanks for the advice,
yes i'm thinking the same way too, my CPU will be bottlenecked the GPU and thats why i'm planning to upgrade my CPU along with the other parts, but i'll gain a little FPS by doing so, because my GPU will remain the same
and that is why I'm so confuse about it.
spend almost $1000 but just gain a little performance and in my place everything still expensive and a little hard to found some PC hardware in here, that's why that upgrade almost cost $1000 , and i read a review for every part before I'm sure about it.
and yeah i5 7600k is one my option too because in my place
i5 7600k cost only $274 while
i7 7700k cost $389
and yeah i'm planning to sell my GTX 970 to buy new GPU 1070 or higher
but i'll do that later after i have enough savings because My GPU still new, i think about 1 year ago i bought it

and about the PC build that you recommended i'll try to look for the parts if its available, thanks again
