i7-7700k low performance

please help :( why does my i7-7700k has low performance on cpu-z benchmark ?
but normal on cinebench ?
other 7700k on cpu-z i saw online gets 2500+ on single and 10k+ on multi @5ghz

but i noticed a slight lower performance in games too , my old i7-4790k @4.9ghz would get 23% more fps than my 7700k even though now iam running 3ghz ram and on the 4790k 1.6ghz ram
