If you are gaming in 1080p-resolution, then the GPU is sufficient. Upgrade your CPU, MB, and RAM. Install an SSD.
If you are gaming in 1440p-resolution, then, upgrade your GPU, CPU, MB, and RAM. Install an SSD.
If you are still gaming in 720p, then, upgrade your monitor to a 1080p/144Hz with G-Sync. Upgrade CPU, MB, RAM and SSD.

My question to you is "Why do you want to upgrade?"
Once you can say why, you'll know what, if any, upgrade you need.
I'd add an SSD by the way, not as an upgrade but because I think that now is a bare minimum component to have. A small 120gb will do, so your OS and important programs(not all your games) fit on it.
