I have a EVGA gtx 950 sc+ and im wondering can it be overclocked? Im new to this so every bit of help would be appreciated thanks

I'm pretty sure most cards 9 or 10 series can. I'll be quite frank though, it's a tiny percent of a tiny amount of power. You're not gonna see much gains. Maybe POSSIBLY up to 10fps at lower settings.

Is that all? I ran a test on valley benchmark and im getting 40 fps on extreme. Should i be getting more by any chance?

I don't know for that. It's only a small fraction like 5 or 10%.
5% of 100 is 5.
