Ok, idk if this issue is in the correct thread, so let me know if I am.
Today I opened up my pc so I could fix my cpu fan (cpu was getting too hot) and insert this old ram I had. I turned the CPU fan around and then put the old ram in with my new ram for a total of 10gb. I turned it on, and only the fans started, even the LED on my case didn't turn on. I don't know what to do, any advice on how to fix?

Rx 470
Hyper X 8gb ram (the old ram was HP 2gb)

No it does not start without the old ram or just that ram. All I meant was switch the cpu fan was move it from the bottom to the top because it would fall off occasionally.

I tried the system with 8gb stick ram (current) only, old ram only, and no ram, and it all did the same thing. Does this mean its not a ram issue?

Update: Plugged everything in, and USB ports still work (well, atleast one of them).
