New Mobo, CPU, and RAM recommendations for my PC (dedicated to Streaming)

So this isn't a "High Budget" advice thread because that would be easier for me to make decisions on what to buy if so. I mean to say I have the extra cash to build a nice PC, but I am not wealthy like by any means, and if I can save any money awesome.

I have everything already for streaming, the PC, the monitors, the webcam, the mic, etc. Then my current PC specs are as follows:

CPU: i5 2500k sandy bridge 3.0
RAM: 16gb of 1600 (DDR3)
GPU: GTX 970 G1 Gaming
MOBO: Z68 gen3 extreme3
PSU:Corsair 1050w
Hardrive: 1TB Plextor SSD (of some kind)
Case: is irrelevant because I want to replace it for sure with a mid tower.

What I want for sure:
32gb of DDR4
A new cpu (preferably intel)
a new mobo
a new case that is quiet (but I already am fairly certain what case I am going to buy)

I stream with OBS right now because it gives you more options, and I haven't really found a better software worth paying for necessarily. Its unfortunate you can't stream with Bandicam, as its a great off stream recording software, and I have thought about trying XSplit for streaming. However OBS really seems to use the CPU a lot, and I think that a i7 of some kind would be ideal for me right now. Other then that I would like to play other newer games like M&B Bannerlord coming out, the new Middle Earth Shadow of War, etc on next to max settings ideally, while having good performance.

I have looked at Toms Hardware's articles, and if I go off what I have come up id be paying around $700 just for the mobo and cpu, that seems excessive, but I also want to buy hardware that will give me the bang for the buck. Its possible I need to wait even longer then to upgrade. That is why I made this thread, I just need advice on if I should upgrade or not, wait, and or if I should upgrade now, what parts would everyone recommend.

My budget is $840, the very most id want to invest in a new Mobo, Cpu, and Ram. Then the case will cost me anywhere from $80 to $100.

Any advice or input appreciated, Thanks!
