I wanna ask what is the best (23" - 28") 1080p monitor (1ms - 5ms respond) under $150. If u wanna suggest different monitor than in the build please pick it from website czc.cz ($150 is like 4 000 czk)
And is this build under $800 (with monitor and keyboard ) good for overwatch on epic or ultra settings?

If you're mostly gaming you might want to spend more money on a GPU maybe even an Rx 480 or a gtx 1060. But good for Overwatch for sure.
