How to fix FPS drops on some exact places on the GTA V map?

Hi to all,
I have been experiencing some huge FPS drops from 60+FPS to 34,on some exact places in GTA V,and then back to 60+FPS!

My Lenovo Y-700-15ISK specs are:
i7-6700 HQ CPU,
16 GB DDR4 RAM
NVIDIA GTX 960M 4 GB GDDR5 GPU

By the way I have installed a 530 mega cars pack mod.

Please help me to fix those FPS drops on some exact places on the GTA V map!

There's not really a fix to this except turning the games settings down. There's (probably) nothing wrong with your hardware, it's just one of those games that gets very intensive in certain areas and then you see the framerate drop. Same thing happens in Fallout 4 with GTX 960s, and even more so for you since you have a laptop GPU and it is inherently less powerful than its desktop equivalent.

I face the FPS drops and without the cars mod installed,but the FPS drop is bigger with the cars mod installed!

Is there some tweak which could sllow me to play the game without the FPS dropping?
