Unable to boot, no beep when powering on, have tried 1 stick of ram and 2, have tried every combo with that, cleared bios each time, all fans power on as well as cpu, have d/c'ed and r/c'ed all cords and components, checked cpu for bent pins found none, secondary video card has not been connected since the beginning so all T/s'ing was done without it in, not sure what else to do. All power connectors are plugged in, both the 20/24 which per asrock I am only using 20 but also tried with all 24, also 8 pin is connected as well. Thanks in advance for any and all help.
