The other parts are :-

Gigabyte B150M D3H ddr4 motherboard
Intel i3 6098p processor
Corsair vegen red 2400 mhz ram 16 gb (8x2)
120 mm cm sickle flow fans (4)
Gigabyte GTX 1060 G1 Gaming 6gb (ordered)

Is Seasonic SSR 550RM semi modular psu ok or some better options in same price range are ther ?

What's your remaining budget?
I can greatly improve that list.
Also don't buy those fans they're not great. In addition, fans aren't really worth buying unless you're getting premium ones like Noctua, Fractal's HP series for rads, or the Be Quiet! Silent Wings 3 for noise. The included ones are fine, more often than not that cash is better spent on performance anyway.

Yes My budget foe psu is under 10000/- Indian rupees and semi modular I prefer bcoz the mb and processor power cables are always needed. So

I have bought one sickle flow fan till yet , its cost was 700/- after discount but its too noisy.
Any other 2000 rpm silent fan can u suggest for intake ?

I have cooler master storm scout 2 n2 case . The case is nice and i want to put red led fans in it. I went for one CM sickle flow fan and mounted it in front as intake. The cooling is good but noise in very much noticeable from that fan.

Any suggestion for a high rpm red led fan with low noise ?

Thanks
