I used to Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit when there was no problem with ram. But after installing 32bit operating system this problem occurred. In fact I upgraded the operating system to windows 10 but nothing happened. The problem remained. Even now I cannot able to shift 64 bit Operating system. Now what to do ??I really need to fix this problem.

i have 4gb installed ram but only 932 mb is usable

32 bit OS will only see 3.25gb Max, even with 4gb or more installed. It's possible that with that, and probably other hardware, usually GPU using system RAM, you are only showing what is left as available.
